How much does ring insurance cost? icon-thin-chevron-down

Prices to insure items of jewellery do vary, based on a number of factors. Obtaining a quotation though is quick and easy, simply complete our online quote form and a premium for 12 months insurance will be displayed. On some occasions, we are unable to quote online, if you receive a message, saying we are unable to quote, please call our office as we may still well be able to help you.

Can I buy Insurance online from Juno icon-thin-chevron-down

Yes, most of our quotations can be bought online and you can obtain a quotation quickly. If we can't quote you online. please call our office, we may just have a couple of extra questions to ask before we can agree cover.

What information do you need to obtain a quote? icon-thin-chevron-down

We only collect the information we require to process your insurance, nothing more. If you want to buy the policy, there will be a declaration that you have to agree to. Please read this very carefully, it's very important that you give accurate answers as incorrect answers could affect your policy and possibly lead to a claim being declined. If you are in any doubt about answers you are providing, please give us a call, on 0203 907 8080, we'll be pleased to help.

When will my cover start ? icon-thin-chevron-down

Your cover will start immediately you pay the premium. Your proof of cover will be emailed to you within a few minuites.

How Can I Pay ? icon-thin-chevron-down

We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards and by monthly Direct Debits. Please note if you pay by Direct Debit and make a claim, you will be expected to pay the balance of any premium due.

What if I change my mind ? icon-thin-chevron-down

We are confident you will like our cover, so we allow you a full 30 days to check it over and if you are not satisfied you can claim a full refund of any premium you have paid. Of course, if you have made a claim during this period the premium will not be refunded. After the 30 days have elapsed, subject to no claim, you can cancel your policy and receive a pro-rata return of premium subject to a £5.00 administration charge made at our discretion.

Can I cover more than 1 item ? icon-thin-chevron-down

Yes, you can add as many items as you like to your cover. You can also add items throughout the policy term as well.

Is there any excess to pay? icon-thin-chevron-down

No, we don't have a policy excess, your claim is settled in full without any deductions

How will you settle my claim ? icon-thin-chevron-down

Will I be covered abroad? icon-thin-chevron-down

Yes, you will be covered for unlimited trips abroad providing no one trip is in excess of 60 days duration.

Am I covered for loss of a stone ? icon-thin-chevron-down

Yes, if you lose either the main stone or any of the smaller stones in your ring, subject to the policy conditions, this will be covered

Must I be a UK resident to buy a policy from Juno ? icon-thin-chevron-down

Yes, to buy a policy from JUNO you must be a UK resident. We cannot supply insurance to anyone from outside of the United Kingdom.

Who will I actually be insured by ? icon-thin-chevron-down

You will be insured at Lloyd's of London. Lloyd’s is the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace having been established for over 300 years

What if I'm not happy ? icon-thin-chevron-down

Our aim is to provide all our customers with a first-class standard of service. However, there may be occasions when you feel this objective has not been achieved. We follow the Lloyd's of London complaints process and full details are located in your policy document.
